The Minimo iPhone app
Signing in
The app is for people who already have a Minimo workspace. Sign in with the email of your Minimo account: you receive a code (or use your password if you set one). New workspaces are created on app.minimo.it.
Notifications
Choose what rings your phone in Settings → Notifications → iPhone app: new messages that need a person, chats handed over by your AI assistant, chats assigned to you, mentions and WhatsApp template updates. If nothing arrives, check that notifications for Minimo are on in your iPhone Settings → Minimo → Notifications.
Plan and billing
The app is free and has no purchases. Your plan, wallet and invoices are managed on the web at app.minimo.it by a workspace admin.
Delete your account
A workspace admin can delete the workspace and its data on the web: sign in at app.minimo.it, open Settings → Plan and choose Delete account. You can also email privacy@minimo.it from the address of your account and we delete it for you.
