Your customer inbox now fits in your pocket. Minimo AI for iPhone brings your WhatsApp and email conversations, your AI assistant and your contacts with you, and your phone rings only when a customer needs a person.
Most of your day doesn't happen at a desk. Now Minimo comes with you: Minimo AI is free on the App Store for iPhone.
- One inbox for every conversation. Your WhatsApp and email chats in one list. Filter what needs you, open a chat and reply in seconds.
- Your AI assistant keeps answering. It replies to customers on its own. When someone asks for a person, it hands the chat over to you.
- Your phone rings only when it matters. A notification when a chat needs you, when a teammate assigns you a chat or mentions you, or when a WhatsApp template is approved. Chats the AI is handling never ring. Choose what you get in Settings › Notifications.
- Contacts and templates on the go. Look up a customer, their details and history, and browse your email and WhatsApp templates.
- Work as a team. Assign chats, leave internal comments and mention teammates.
Sign in with the email of your Minimo account. The app needs iOS 15 or later.
