Your AI assistant now answers emails
The AI assistant that works on WhatsApp now also replies to emails, in the same thread, and handles unsubscribe requests on its own.

Until now your AI assistant worked on WhatsApp. Now it also answers the replies your contacts send to your emails.
When someone replies to one of your emails, the assistant reads it and answers in the same thread, a few seconds later, with your tone and what it knows about your business. The reply goes out from your own sending address, and the whole conversation stays in your Minimo inbox next to the WhatsApp chats.
Unsubscribe requests are handled for you. If someone writes "please stop emailing me", the assistant unsubscribes them, confirms it in its reply and steps out of that conversation, so a person on your team can take over if needed.
When a question needs a human, the assistant hands the conversation to your team, exactly like it does on WhatsApp.
To turn it on, open your assistant in Minimo and switch on Email replies. It answers on the receiving address you set up in Settings.
