Replies to your emails now reach you
When a contact replies to an email you sent through Minimo, we forward it straight to your mailbox, with the contact set as Reply-To so you can just hit reply.
How it works ↗A reply to a message you sent should never get lost.
Now, when a contact answers an email that went out through Minimo, that reply is forwarded to the mailbox you choose, with a clear "Forwarded message" banner and the contact already set as Reply-To. You answer from your own inbox and it reaches the right person.
It is per company, off by default, and loop-guarded, so one busy conversation never turns into a storm.
